Power window problem

Power window problem
SO i noticed today that my rear power windows will not go down. Only the front power windows work. Is this a common problem on jeeps? mine is a 94 grand cherokee laredo. i tried from the main driver side switch and the rear switch. are there any fuses and if so where are they located? Thanks!
