Power steering pump with or without Speed Proportional Steering?

Power steering pump with or without Speed Proportional Steering?
I have a 96 Grand Cherokee with a 5.2l and the towing package. I need a new power steering pump. They have some that are Speed Proportional Steering and some that aren't.
My pump has the two high pressure lines and a connector with 2 wires. I'm assuming the wires are for the speed proportional steering?
