Can you guys post some pictures of your grand cherokee's. I am debating on weather or not to get a Grand Cherokee or a Cherokee. So if you guys can post some pictures so i can see what you can do to these things that will be great. How is the gas mileage on them too? 6 cylinder? V8?

 

Well this is mine. just got it and the work has only begun. has a 2" bds spring lift and 31" tires on some jeep wheels I lucked out on finding.

To Do list: winch bumper, top carrying rack, control arms and new trac bar, remove T-tabs from lower doors where cladding hung, paint with bed liner paint.
Gas milage I really dn't care, its for fun only. They all use gas its only the difference between the 2 and that ain't much.

 

you might want to consider the function of the Jeep as well. Mainly road, or are you going to be doing a lot of trimming? not saying it can't be done on both but expense wise as well.

 

Here's mine. I've only had it a few weeks so I haven't done anything to it yet. A 2" BB and bigger tires is first order but that will be after the first of the year.

 

also how much are you planning on spending off the bat? obviously cherokees arent in production any more but grand cherokees are.

I honestly dont have that much to spend,around 1500. But i know you can find a decent grand cherokee or cherokee for that much.

haha well, i am more of a cherokee guy. i still like GC. but for what you are looking to spend i have found cherokee in real great shape for that amount more than grand cherokee's.
