parking brake issue, can someone help me

While replacing pads and rotors.on my 07 I noticed that my parking brake cables need adjusting, does anyone have experience with this and can give me guidance?

They are self adjusting. They could be stuck if heavily rusted. Try adjusting the star wheel manually.

Sorry my pic didn't post but under the rear seat where the cables T into the cable that attaches to brake leaver, the two of the have different lengths so much that I can't attach them
