p1489 & p1490 codes?

Default p1489 & p1490 codes?
My 04 GCL 4.0l is giving me two codes, p1489 and p1490. Jeep has been running fine so I'm assuming these codes aren't something urgent, just wanting to know what I should be looking for.

P1489: High speed radiator fan relay circuit malfunction.

P1490: Low speed radiator fan relay circuit malfunction.

Fan is running and nothing seems out of the ordinary. Have any idea what to look for, busted?

Could be a fluke, have the codes cleared and see if they come back.

Can you clear the codes by resetting the ECU with the negative to positive method or would I need an actual code scanner?
