P0157 & P0158

P0157 & P0158
OBD test indicates DTCs of P0157 and P0158. I'm looking to replace the 'Bank 2 Sensor 2 Oxygen Sensor' in hopes this will fix the issue. Any advice on how's the best way to get that done? (2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.7L)
