Overheating
99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo
4.0
2 Wheel Drive
Jeep overheated on the interstate, I pulled over immediately and had it towed.
I changed the termostat and put a use radiator in it and it's still over heating.
Water is dripping out of the tailpipe at about 1 drop per 2 seconds.
Any Ideas?

Your water out the tail pipe is normal, now if it looks like a WhiteSnake video fog machine coming out of the tailpipe, then you have a problem. Are you sure the used radiator is any good? How much RTV did you use on the t-stat housing? Make sure you burp the system to get all of the air out.
