Outer Tie Rod End wouldn't come off HELP
There is no bolt that secures the end, and no matter how hard I twist the outer end it wouldn't even move. As you can see from the image it the clamps bolt is out but still no luck. I also figured out that the tread is reverse, so I tried loosening it the other way too but still no luck.
I could use help, the car is 93 grand cherokee...

stick a screw driver between the opening in the bar.. and spray some liquid wrench in there or some wd 40.. then let it sit for a 10mins then use some vice grips on the ball joint side.. when its all done. do your self a favor and do the V8 ZJ tie rod swap!

Or, take a torch and a block of wax out there.
Heat just the sleeve up to the point where it will melt the wax - 400* or so should do (you won't even get it red, and you don't want to. You'll wreck the temper of the metal if you do.) Touch the wax to the threads of the TRE through the slot, and let it melt in.
The internal threads on the sleeve will expand, which will help to break loose whatever is holding the TRE in place. The wax will wick in between the threads, lubricating them.
When installing the new TRE, apply never-seez to the threads to prevent this happening again. I don't usually use the stuff on screw threads, but this is one place where I do (since it's not "torqued to spec," there's no risk of pulling out threads. You may also want to apply it to the tapered part of the stud - same reason. It gets so much easier to pull a front end apart with the proper treatment...)
