Hey, whenever i drive my oil pressure is all over the place, it drops to like zero sometimes and goes up to like 45 again and stuff. I was just wondering what might be causing it or if its ok to drive..

Check to see if the wire connection to the sending unit is coming loose.

 

Thats usually the sending unit going bad.

 

I had bad ground at sending unit clean threads and check ground at firewall.

 

This also happened to me back then and I discovered that the oil pressure sending unit have caused the problem...
