Oil Pressure
I have a 1998 Grand Cherokee. The oil pressure gauge usually reads below 40 (center of the gauge). Recently the needle is at or above the 40 mark (well above at higher speeds). How concerned should I be? Thank you.

Jeep oil pressure gauges are notoriously unreliable indicators of the true pressure. Buy or borrow a mechanical oil pressure test gauge and use it to determine the oil pressure at idle and under acceleration.
