oil preaure sending unit URGENT

Default oil preaure sending unit URGENT

while doing an oil change today i cracked my oil pressure sending unit can i drive it with it broken its completly off

either way if you need to get the rest of it out and plug the hole,if you don't it will let all your oil pump out of your motor.

keep an eye on it,a new sending unit is about 30 bucks from Napa.

do you reccomoend driving it...it broke right where the plastic meets the nipple that goes into the block i can feel like a diafram or somethin in it.....how do tou suggest plugging it

you would need to remove it and match the threads of a small bolt to put in its place till you get a new one.Make sure you use some teflon tape on the threads to.
