OAT Antifreeze sludge in 2014 WK2

OAT Antifreeze sludge in 2014 WK2
I have Grand Cherokee 2014 (limited) with about 44000 miles .I noticed some sludge in the radiator on the side of the pipe sticking out from radiator .As per manuals I should have OAT Antifreeze in purple color however it looks like dark orange .HOAT Antifreeze comes in orange color . Those two should not be mixed as far I know .My car was always services in jeep dealership Does anyone have similar problem with sludge in OAT Antifreeze ? I think jeep dealership mixed OAT Antifreeze with HOAT .Please advise.

Sounds very possible. definitely not good to mix those. I would take it back, have them flush the system throughly and check the radiator before you leave after picking it up. Or better yet, do it yourself and you know it will be done right.
