No Reverse 42RE

No Reverse 42RE
2002 WJ 4.0 42RE 4x4
I been going over some of the other posts and non seemed to mention a symptom I have so I thought I would make a new post.
No reverse, seems to kick down like it went in but zero movement. All other gears work fine including giving it gas and it down shifting.
When I put it in reverse it has a ticking niose
When I click the Overdrive button you get RPM gain when off and RPM drop when clicking on.
Any ideas?
