No Air Out of A/C Vents

No Air Out of A/C Vents
Working on a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited - 4X4 - Straight Six. Replaced the Heater Core and that went well but now the air will only come out of the floor vents and the defrost vents - no air from the A/C vents at all - can anyone give us a clue where to go from here - what might be wrong?
