Last night my wife's Wj wouldn't start for her when she left work. It would crank but would not turn over. I went to her work this morning and I started it right up but I had to give it some gas. If I let off of the gas it would die. I started it back up kept my foot on the gas for about 10-15 seconds and it ran fine. In one way I think it may be the IAC, because I had this problem with my xj a little while back. The only difference between the two situations is my xj had a high idle when taken from gear and put into park, hers doesn't. My second suspect is the fuel pump because lets face it, the Wj has 150,000 on it the pump is bound to fail sometime soon. I do not have a fuel pressure gauge so I can not be sure on that verdict for the time being. Do you guys have any suggestions for me.
