Default New Jeep, New problems..Need help please.

So, I bought a 97 GC to replace my totalled 94 GC (long story).
Anyway here we go:
1. Every domelight is not working. I checked the fuse box in my passengers side kick panel and didnt even see a fuse for them. They do not turn on when I use the dimmer.
All the lights for the gauges, heater controls, and radio still work fine.

2. Horn doesnt work. I checked the underhood fuse box and the 20 amp maxi fuse is good. I swapped the horn relay for another one from the a/c clutch (same part numbered relay). All i hear is the relay clicking.

If you have any ideas, please let me know. I hate not having lights in there.

You need new horns, or at least connect the wire to them if it is off.
