New Engine
Hello, I'm new here.
I've got a 1997 Cherokee Sport 4.0 6cyl with 278,000 miles and I've also got a 1998 Grand Cherokee 4.0 6cyl with 290,000 miles. Both have developed extremely loud rod knock noises. The Cherokee has probably seen it's lasts days as it has other issues that don't warrant the money spent on a new motor, but the Grand Cherokee, I feel still is worth the cost of replacing the engine. With this being a Jeep Cherokee forum, I thought maybe someone on here would have information on where are the better places to order a new engine from? I'm located in Michigan.
