from what ive seen on the bumpers that you can order they all mount up inside that location on my tube bumper i got from proto fab the mounting brackets where made so you didnt have to cut anything off but easier to just cut away the small portion closest to the center and tack weld some nuts on the brackets to do away with having to use two wrenches not very tool friendly inside to unibody frame
bumper looks real good by the way, that's what im going for

those actually came with my bumper i ordered through proto fab you might be lucky and give them a call to see if they can send you just the mounts their web site is http://www.protofab4x4.com/ they have a lot of options for bumpers as well
