Default Missing vents

Hi there hoping someone might be able to enlightened me? I have recently repaired the blind doors open my 2001 grand cherokee and to the left of the blend doors I noticed a vent had been completely removed hopefully I can post a pic to show it. But it is behind the glove compartment next to the blend door enclosure.

This is to the left of the blend doors on passenger side bearing in mind the car is right hand drive.

Welcome to CF!

The only clue I have is the supply ductwork for the dash vents. Having never seen a right-hand-drive heater, I'm only guessing. That looks like the defrost ductwork behind it.

Thanks for that I expect always had weird heating on for passenger side I'm hoping I can find out what's missing and replace it.

That is the recirculating air intake, there should be a door the closes it off for fresh air down inside.

Ah thought that it was something along that lines thanks. Now see if I can get the bits to refit it. Can you get schematic drawings online anywhere do you know?
