misfire codes

misfire codes
I have a 2000 laredo. Engine light is on, and having irratic idling but drives fine, showing codes po305 and 306, misfire in cylinders 1, 4, and 6. changed spark plugs and coil pack. what else could it be? Just got full tank of gas yesterday, the problems occured today. Could it just be the gas? Will it hurt to drive it like that? What else can I do/check? Any help is much appreciated
