if i have an engine with a five speed tranny what will i have to do to make an automatic work with the same engine

 

Flexplate, transmission, transfercase, driveshafts, complete powertrain wire harness, and transmission / engine control units. Easier to buy one that already has an auto in it.

 

Not to mention the manual has higher gears so the auto will make it dog **** slow.

 

i was looking so long for a manual zj but couldnt find one so i bought an xj.... lucky...

 

Could you please just sell it to somebody that would appreciate the factory 5 speed and buy another auto?
Just kidding (I guess) but some people would pay good money for a factory 5, I know I would pay a good bit more if I could find one.
