Default Lot's of questions

Ok after owning my 98 ZJ for a few weeks I've had time to completely go through the vehicle to figure out what it needs to get it back into shape. I bought it with a 3" lift on it already. The Previous owner installed new solid lower control arms with Poly bushing on all four corners and an adjustable front track bar. I'm not sure what brand any of this stuff is though. All 4 upper control arms are stock and all 4 have bad bushings also the rear trackbar is stock. So my questions are should I just replace the bushings on all the uppers or should I replace the whole control arms with adjustable ones? Also is it ok that the stock trackbar is on the rear or does it also need to be adjustable? I've hear of people saying the rear trackbar needs relocated with a 3" lift so I'm not sure it's ok to have the stocker on there.

I don't plan on doing any hardcore off roading just the occasional romp through the desert around here if that helps with any decision making. Also I'm not really budget limited I just want it to be reliable.

Thanks!

Go with the adjustable arms and adjustable track bars.

Ok now that I know I'm getting adjustable uppers and track arm how much adjustment is needed on a 3" lift? I noticed the front track arm was adjusted out about 1/2" or so. How do I know the rear axle is centered?

Also after installing the new rear track bar and re-centering the axle is the Jeep going to have to re re-aligned?
