Just bought a 1999 Grand Cherokee and am looking for a weld together DIY front winch bumper. I have a Warn 6000# winch on my 96 Cherokee that finally died Saturday morning, bought this to replace it and am going to build this up as a replacement.
Also is there a way to take my 242 tranfer out of my 96 and put it under my Grand as I would really like the options it affords.

PS I will have a 96 Cherokee for sale with winch bumper and heavy rear bumper with spare carrier for sale, all it needs is a 4.0L engine. Sitting on 4 inch lift and Firestone Destination MT tires, 31x10.50x15, with around 1000 miles or less. Great Jeep just blown engine. Might part out but I am not shipping .

 

Theres a vendor on Mallcrawlin who sells the bumper CAD, you take it to someone with a torchmate and have the steel cut... then weld it up.
