Alright... I wanted to have some for the trail and a couple for night driving, my headlights suck (doesn't help the brights dont work right now)

ive got the same setup on my jeep, swap the smaller guage wire for 12g and swap the bulbs out for 100w bulbs, only adds an extra 20-30 bux dependin where ya get the bulbs! make to use relays for em

ummm. i would spend the extra money on lights because they say KC.

There is not much that competes with a KC daylighter 100w

what about running HID lights?

HIDs are icky lookin IMO lol. but... its not my vehicle, if ya like the look of HIDs then by all means put em on your jeep, your opinon matters for what you like man, dont worry bout pleasin everyone else, HIDs, Hella, KC, PIAA are all great lights, the walmart/autozone ones work well too, just depends what you're lookin to get outta em

and as for competing with KCs at 100w of light output anything with 100w of light output will compete the only difference will be by how the lenses filter the light and what kinda pattern they put out, if by compete you mean "has a higher fanboy population" then no, there isnt anything that competes. i know a few bright lights that are just as powerful as KCs. yes they look nice, yes they work well, IMO they aint worth what they cost. if you're from where i am, seein KC daylighter on every lil teenie boppers "truck" that mommy and daddy bought em gives ya a bad taste, especially when the wires are just hangin.

I was just wondering what my options where. Basically i want the best bang for my buck.

Can i get some pictures of everyones lighting, like the beam it throws out.
I have a civic that has horrible lights, thats why i want some kick butt lights on the Jeep

whats the problem with plastic? i've seen deer hit off road bumpers and crack the glass of plenty of these "superior" plastic lights and barely scuff the plastic. it got to -20 degrees this winter and the plastic on mine took hits and didnt shatter. and for the price of 4 daylighters he could get 36 of these plastic ones. daylighters are 181 a pair, so thats 362 for a set of 4. autozone plastic offroad lights are 19.95 a pair, so 10 a piece, 360/10 is 36. if you find a way to go through 36 lights u must be goin through some pretty harsh stuff. and i doubt the daylighters would take that kinda abuse for that long. yes theyre nice lights, but for the money its more of a show me price

some nights if the roads are clear and the headlights dont put out enough. check your local laws first tho, some states let you use em like high beams, off while passing oncoming traffic, others say for inclimate weather only. if your headlights are a lil dim try the silverstars, and clean the plastic housing, did that to my lil bros ranger, made a huge difference. but thats what 40 bux at autozone will get ya! spend a few more bux online for some 100 watt bulbs and theyre even brighter, pics will come saturday probably

You can get 100 watt bults for stock headlights?
Both my brights are burnt out oddly enough, so i'll be looking into that

no for your headlights, sorry that came out that way, in the us we are limited to *i think* 55 watt highbeams and 65 watt lowbeams and you can get a ticket. they do make 100 watt bulbs for the offroad lights, but i wouldnt suggest that unless you upgrade the lil bitty wires that come stock so they handle the amperage. but those pics are straight outta the box, no modifications

and as for your headlights, try the silverstars, they make good clean white light. theyre pretty bright and arent horrible as compared to other companies "super bright" bulbs
