I have a 96 grand cherokee with the same liight issues but once i pulled the guage cluster and started checking found that there is no power going to the #10 pin that powers the cluster and this is as far as I have gotten anyone found this issue I did a search of the forum but didnt produce any results that helped
Also checked the light switch it seems good and the rehostat switch works all interior lights work except Guage Shift Tree and hvac
All fuses are good HELP
