lift swap

My brother replaced his 4.5in rubicon express to a 6in rubicon express. Would the 4.5 mount up to my 2000 grand Cherokee with lil or no fab work??

I am not positive but i know for sure the rear of a cherokee is leaf springs and the rear of the grand is coil
