lift kits for an '01 WJ
I have a friend who is currently oversees and would like to have a lift kit put on his '01 Grand Cherokee before he returns but he is having a hard time finding anything. If any of you can give me some links to some lifts it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I know he would like to clear at least 33s if not 35s, but he doesnt want to spend a lot. I know thats the biggest problem this cant be done cheaply. Is a BB just the shim under the springs lift? If so what can you tell me about these, they seem to simple to really be a good thing. Thanks for your help!

Yes,a BB is a "budget boost" they are spacers that sit above the coils, they're perfectly fine to use just don't get them any bigger than 2".
35's on a WJ will not be anywhere near cheap to accomplish,it takes alot to clear 35's and to do it right, trust me,you want to do it right.
33's could be done for cheaper but it will take a bunch of trimming.
