It depends on what tires you want to run and what you want the jeep to do. Too many variables to even get started.

You can lift from under an inch to like 12 inches...The sky is the limit. Pun intended. You can spend from $100 at the junkyard to $3,000 kits. It varies totally. Like anything else. You might wanna check the "all lift and tire questions" thread...
