Default Laredo 2005 Heater core hoses

So I did a hose bypass during Summer when my heater core started leaking. Now that it's getting cold, I installed a new heater core myself and want to connect back the hoses to the system. Here's my problem. I forgot to mark which hose goes where. From my firewall, there are 2 hoses coming out aligned horizontally, then in the other side, one hose goes into the engine and the lower one to the radiator (I believe). Can somebody please help me in tracking down the lines ? Need to know if the left hose coming from the firewall connects to the top or the bottom in the front side of the engine. Thanks folks !
This is for a Jeep Cherokee Laredo 2005.

Always install the hot supply hose coming off the engine to the lower heater pipe so the air will bleed out normally instead of causing an air pocket inside the core. This hose usually comes off the engine near the thermostat. It forms a thermostat bypass so the system isn't back-pressured.

If you installed the core yourself, look at the old one to figure out which one is the lowest. Air always rises. The ones on my WJ are vertical.

The ones on my Chevy are side by side. I know that's not important here, but I just thought I would toss it out there.

You're no help! It really doesn't matter much which way you hook them up as long as you can get all the air out of the core.
