Knock sound from steering

After installing my 4in Zone lift, I started to hear a knock sound coming from the driver's side, only when I turn the wheel to the right, just over center. help please.

Have another person wiggle the steering wheel while you are under it listening for the noise. then look for anything binding or worn parts. Ball joints, TRE's, Track bar, wheel bearings, cracks in the unibody, steering box. Keep a close eye on everything as its moving. Thats the best way to find out.

I had that noise and it almost drove me crazy until i discovered the sway bar link on my 98 GC was 2 pieces, hinged in the middle with a small ball joint that was worn. This wasn't one of Jeeps better ideas.
