First off I will start by saying that I am almost entirely ignorant when it comes to the mechanics of vehicles. So forgive me. I bought this vehicle back in March with 118k miles on it. Radiator was shot as was the camshaft. Said things were replaced and had no problems until about a month and a half ago. Had violent shaking in idle that disappeared after some Sea Foam administration. Fast forward to today and the shaking/odd acceleration had returned. I had an ignition coil #5 failure which was replaced yesterday. Had the code cleared and it came back again. I also had received an o2 sensor malfunction code and fuel richness indication. My question is if this is related to my sensors or if the head gasket is shot. Because there has also been oil leaking out on the top right side right beneath the first two ignition coils. Also I cleaned the IAC the other day then ran it down the block. I realized after the engine started accelerating uncontrollably that I forgot to reconnect the hose leading from the engine oil reservoir to the throttle body. Did I screw anything when I did that?
