I think if you search the web you will find complaints against them. Most of these computer exchange places seem to be in Florida and none of them will join the Better Business Bureau. I'm not saying they are all bad, just do some research before you end up throwing your money away.

They show branch distributing in Houston and I think Kansas. They take Amer Express so if there is a problem I'll let them handle it. Thanks for the heads up.
