Default Jeep wont start after installing radio

I got a 1995 jeep grand Cherokee that's getting on my last nerve. When I bought it the factory radio didn't work. After singing to myself for weeks I finally decided to buy a after market one, pioneer. So I get it in and all of a sudden my jeep won't start. Figure it was the security system so I did the whole lock and unlock the doors, didn't work. It will turn over until the battery dies, Just won't start. Any help would be nice. Hate to tow this thing to a mechanic.

p.s it ran great right before I put the radio in, even put the factory one back in and still no start.

I went through the fuses that may be a problem and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Which fuse should I focus on though? It turns over great but don't start so the starter is fine. Fuel pump maybe?

That's what came to my mind at first, although obviously there's not a relationship between that and your radio. Maybe something for the ignition. Idk, just spitballin

I have a 96 Laredo and I had the same problem. Pull your steering column cover ,Should be 2 screws (No need to take off the top piece just the bottom), and be sure the large key cylinder harness clip is all the way on. Maybe pulling on the radio harness put stress on the clip? I'm spitballing as well but that is what happened to me last week.
