T-rexx

i have a 98 jeep grand cherokee and the catalytic converter was rattling and eventually would stall it out after 2 seconds of it being cranked. so i removed both of the o2 sensors tried cranking it and it stayed running for a little longer before dying. so since i was going to replace the catalytic converter anyways i decided to cut it off. after cutting it off the jeep wont start. is it because it has no catalytic converter or did i mess something else up????
