Jeep shakes when i get on the highway up to an certain speed does that mean i need new tires?

And I was wondering can someone send me a picture on of how to hook up subs and amps i need to know how to run the wires correctly and good..

 

Could be a rim out of balance, a tire out of form, number of things. Need more information.

As for the stereo, we gave good info in the topic about it, and you can find lots of illustrations on google.
