Jeep shakes when i get on the highway up to an certain speed does that mean i need new tires?

And I was wondering can someone send me a picture on of how to hook up subs and amps i need to know how to run the wires correctly and good..

Could be a rim out of balance, a tire out of form, number of things. Need more information.
