Intermittent cutout
2000 gc 4.7. When driving or at idle the motor seems to very randomly cut out
For a split second. No faults/codes register. Everything else is fine. It's just a
real quick hesitation and keeps running fine. My guess is ECM. But that's just a
guess.

I have never seen an O2 sensor cause an intermittent loss of power, or the engine to cut out. Loose connections, and failing cam and crank sensors will cause what you describe. I would start looking at the PCM connections and sensor connections, that is free.

I had a 97 jgc 4x4 v8 last year, did the same you described.... A crysler mechanic ended up buying it, he had to come back a couple weeks later because of a title issue and I asked if he had that issue fixed yet, he said ya no prob it was a vacuum leak
he could have been lying Im not sure but he was happy with the jeep for sure
hope this helps out some
