Hi, today when my son and I went for a ride in my 98 grand cherokee the interior lights would not turn off. I checked all the doors an they were shut. When I parked the car I waited 10 minutes an the lights didn't go off so I pulled the fuse. Any ideas what could be going on before I start poking around and making a bigger project than I want to get into. Thanks

I checked that already. I'm assuming that your talking about the interior dimmer switch on the dashboard, when it's pushed all the way to the top it brings the lights on. Thanks

 

My son threw his soccer ball in the back and must have hit the rear cargo lamp. I've only had my jeep for a couple of weeks and didn't realize that if you push in on the light it turns on all the lights. I'm so glad it was an easy fix, the last thing that I wanted was an electrical short.
