Instrument cluster 96 grand cherokee

Instrument cluster 96 grand cherokee
My wife just got a 96 jeep grand Cherokee limited and the instrument cluster don't work the only thing that comes on is the abs light turn signals and hazard lights I have tried everything I could think of help please

Get a FSM. It is required.
Start w/ checking for power / good fuses in the power distribution center under the hood and in the fuse panel in the passenger compartment.
