Ignition Coil issue

Ignition Coil issue
Can anyone out there tell me how to remedy the engine code:
Ignition Coil C
Primary/secondary
Circuit
I have replaced the fuel injector #2 and changed out the TPS. The check engine light went out, I then proceeded to the station for inspection, had to wait an hour after starting back up the check engine light came back on. I reset the light with my code reader and right when I start the engine back up it comes back on. 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited
