idling issue

Default idling issue

94 gc 5.2 it runs like a dream. But when u start it the idle surges like bad fuel delivery but once u start driving its time till I shut it off again. I've replaced the fuel filter, and ran two cans of b12 chemtool fuel cleaner through it and no change. Does it sound like my fuel pump is going out?

check vac lines, make sure your plug wires are routed as per the TSB (search it)

these v8's love to idle like ****

It could be an EGR issue on your '94 V8. This will tell you how to test and replace it if needed:
