I recently acquired a '98 ZJ 5.9 limited. I think it has a np242 but I'm not sure. It currently has no front drive shaft.
A sticker placed on the bezel says: 2H 4P 4H N 4L
The tag on the case says:
Mopar
part# R2098917
serial# JDF02059
build date 750423
