First off, I'd like to say hello everyone! Now that that's out of the way, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Iceland Offroad Go Berserk Winch Mount Bracket (http://icelandoffroad.com/bumpers.html). From looking at their website it looks pretty sturdy and is used for the basis of all their fiberglass winch bumpers. I placed an order for one on July 9th and still haven't received it yet so I figured while I was waiting I would see what people that own one of them or a full fiberglass winch bumper have to say. I have one very similar on my xj. It's a Detour's backbone.

It's attached probably in a similar way as the Berserk. The one I got is pretty darn beefy and strong so if that Berserk is built similar than it should be too.

 

Thanks for the info. I took a look at the link you posted, and it does look similar. Hopefully it will be as beefy as you say that one is. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Yeah I wouldn't mind one myself, sounds good , wonder how it holds up
