Default I cant get my upstream 02 sensor loose-any techniques?

Im trying to get my oxygen sensor off and the wrench will break or the sensor will strip if I keep doing what im doing. Is there any way to free it up? Liquid spray? Torch? Something crazy I never heard of? Thanx for any responses.

First try mine was froze so bad i started to bend the pipe.. I sprayed it down with BP for a couple days when she was cool.. Friday right after i got home from work I kept it idling while i changed clothes so the pipe stayed hot.. I jacked it up to get enough room for my breaker bar, cut the wires right above the plug so I could use a socket and my 2ft breaker bar.. turned right out. Make sure to put some high temp anti-seize on the threads of the new plug.. oh and dont burn yourself. Good Luck.
