Default How to measure how much lift I have?

Hey guys, I have a 98 ZJ 5.9 with a lift on it, but don't know the brand or how much lift she has. What's the best way to measure for this. I'm looking into getting heavy duty trac bars and sway disconnects and need to know the height of lift I have. Thanks for any input.

The only way I can think of is to measure from the top of the axle tube to the frame and compare it with a stock ZJ.
