Hose hanging down on 94 Cherokee

Hose hanging down on 94 Cherokee
Theres a hose hanging from under my jeep. Im not sure what it goes to. From what I've read its the transmission oil cooler line. Does anyone know where this connects? Ill try and get some pictures if it stops raining today.

Where the line connects:
The end of the line:
Im beginning to think this isnt for the trans oil cooler. The line is about 2-3 ft in length and not long enough to reach the radiator.
