I have a hood issue on my 96 grand Cherokee Jeep. As you can see on the first two pictures the hood rises above the fender on that side. It's hard to tell but the passenger side especially at the front is slightly below the fender on the front.
The next two images show the jeeps lifts for the hood. The pictures are of each side at the same time. As you can see the drivers side is not at the same height as the passenger's and I believe that's where the problem is.
I am not sure how to fix this. Can those lifts be removed and something else be put in their place? Looks like I could take off the hood itself with 4 bolts removal.
I can't do the junk yards/ salvage yards as you have to walk and with my condition I can't really do that very well.
