its on the drivers side just over the rear lower control arm mount, im not sure if this is a problem or not, i know it is on a regular frame, should do some kinda patch weld, what needs to be done?.... sorry for the blurry picture

That can turn into a problem, personally, I would try to cut all the rust out, and weld a brace/patch in place.

I would unbolt the control arm, cut that patch out, then weld in some new plating and seal it up
