It looks like someone did a bastard job of re-wiring the blower fan. From the looks of that white connecter, I have no idea what it's wired into. It's an after-market fan and most of them come with 2 wire leads and no plug. The harness on my WJ had a plug that went into the side of the fan motor housing. The replacement fans don't have a housing so you have to wire into the original plug. All I did with mine was crimp on a couple of slide-on terminals and insert them into the original plug. You just have to make sure the fan spins in the right direction. Do you still have all 4 speeds?

Yes I have all 4 speeds of the fan. They are not as strong as I would think they should be. I just didn't like how the wires are crimped there with exposed wire on both sides, that seems wrong.
So that part appears to be an aftermarket blower motor.
Well I plan on doing a lot of work over this next weekend on the Jeep.
That looks like a Seimans motor, which is a good brand. When I did mine, I cut the red and black wires off at about 2" and crimped on 2 1/4" female spade terminals and just inserted them into the plug. Done.
I found the new motor is a little louder because it's not in a housing, but not offensively so.
