Looking at a grand cherokee 4.0 Limited 2001

Has a tow bar but not sure on a tow package

What can i actually tow with this

I am looking to tow a trailer 700kg and a car 1300kg

Any help would be great

for that much weight i would get one with a v8, though im sure it could be done with the 4.0

Apperently its got the towing pack on there aswell

4.0 Should be fine

Im using a 2.7td nissan terrano at the moment thats nearly 2ton and 130bhp does the job but my god its slow and old

 

i believe the 4 liter grands where rated for 5000lbs, the v8s a little more

 

Whats 5000lb in kg?

 

2.2lbs per kg

 

im assuming the car is going to be on the trailer...so 2000kg equals 4400lbs.
