Did you check your alternator?

Doesn't sound like it is to me! Are you sure your grounds are connected and tight? How are you sure the alternator is working correctly? Just because its showing that its charging doesn't always mean its good.

Being that you've been driving it like this for a year, if I were you I'd just replace the battery and alternator then double check all the connections at both ends. Your lucky you made it this long without frying the computer.

If all that doesn't work then it could be possible that you DID fry the computer. In these Jeeps the computer is the regulator for the alternator. If its not regulating correctly you'll keep cooking batteries and alternators.

Do you have a sound system hooked up? Maybe an amp that doesn't have its remote wire set up proper?

can try a test light between positive cable and battery and have a friend remove all fuses, one at a time. When the test light goes out, you know which circuit is causing the issues.

Ok, so you checked your lights. But have you used a test light at the battery to see if you have a short somewhere?
